I have this endeavor that I need to inspire my teams in order to inspire great results from them. To that end, I make it a point to be hands-on, collaborative and always prepared to guide them in order to achieve success. At the same time, the sales and operations people in my organization will hold me accountable for results.

My day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
